Lynn set up Number 8 Consultancy in 2014. She is a highly effective programme manager with over twenty-five years’ experience in the finance and retail sectors. She has a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, high value (up to £100m) business transformation and delivery programmes with senior business sponsor engagement, key technical elements and a global reach. Lynn is often parachuted into struggling programmes to turn them around, and has a proven ability to add value rapidly, identify key blockers and achieve results.
